put on your bio alarm clock. fix a time in your mind to go to sleep. (say 9 pm or 10 pm or 11 pm) likewise fix a time for early morning getting up. finish your dinner between 7 and 7 -30 pm. before you go to sleep, finish all your works like prayer, and any other thing. then lye down in the bed. let the body limbs go loose, from head to toes.take three deep breath. auto suggest your mind 10 times that you are relaxing.don,t allow you to disturb any sound, anything from out side world and auto suggest that you are sleeping. this is a way of dhyanam or psychological auto suggestion. when you experiment this you should have a firm belief in it. when you woke up in the morning relax ten to twenty seconds, get up immediately with pleasant thoughts and start your duties. try this experiment for a week and inform the results. okay. best wishes.
